GENERAL INFORMATION:
  • It is important to note that this is a Campsite. Our services are designed for a campsite.
  • Check-In time is 12 noon & Check-out time is 10:00 am.
    • Guests who check-in after 12.00 midnight and before 10 a.m. will be levied half day room charge.
    • Similarly, Guests who check out after 2.00 pm and before 12.00 midnight will be levied half day room charge.
    • For prior bookings billing will be done from date and time indicated in the booking letter.
  • Identity proof is a must at the time of Check-In. Only Passport, Voter ID, Driver’s License & Aadhaar Card will be accepted.
  • Swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited for our guests.
  • Smoking and drinking is prohibited.
  • Since this is a forest area loud music is strictly prohibited. No music is allowed after 10:00 pm.
  • It is imperative for all guests of foreign origin to carry their passports with them. They will be required to fill in C Forms at the time of check-in. Without which we will not be able to allow guests to check in.
  • Children above 5 years & below 12 years will be charged 50% of the tariff. Children below 5 years will be free of charge.
  • To confirm booking, we take one day charges or 25% of estimated billing whichever is higher.
  • The amount can be deposited in our bank account details of which are given below:

    Please note that all cash payments must be supported by a copy of PAN Card of the organization or individual in whose name the bill will be raised.

  • Walk in guest are required to pay 100% in advance for their entire stay.
  • Settlement of room bills after every three days is a must.
  • All bills must be settled prior to check-out. No credit will be extended to any guest. Payments can be made by cash / credit of debit card / bank transfer / PAYTM.
  • Tariff is subject to revision from time to time without notice.
  • Confirmed bookings are applicable ONLY for the day(s) of Reservation.
  • Transient membership fee of Rs. 50/- per person (valid for 30 days) will be charged to all non-members above 18 years of age.
  • Visitors of in-house guests are not allowed in the rooms.
  • Dining Hall timings (Meals will not be served beyond time specified below):

    Breakfast - 08:00am to 09:30am Lunch - 01:00pm to 02:30pm Dinner - 08:00pm to 09:00pm

FACILITIES AVAILABLE:
  • Dining Hall serves simple Indian cuisine.
  • Temporary Hall for meetings @ Rs 3,500/- per day + GST 18%. Timings 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
  • Conference Room for 20-25 pax @ Rs 2,500/- per day + GST 18%. Timings 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
  • Adventure sports can also be arranged at extra cost.
CANCELLATION CHARGES ON ROOM BOOKINGS:

Cancellation Charges from the date of booking are levied as under:

  • For cancellation made within 3 days of check-in date – No refund will be made.
  • For cancellation made under 7 days and more than 3 days of check-in date – One day’s charges per room or per head as applicable will be charged as cancellation fee.
  • For cancellation made less 15 days and more than 7 days of check-in date – Half day’s charges per room or per head as applicable will be charged as cancellation fee.
  • For cancellation made more than 15 days before check-in date – Full refund less 10% administrative charges on tariff per room or per head in all cases.

In case of no show, no refund will be made to the party concerned.

Cancellation will be effective from the date of receipt of Letter or Email. Verbal cancellation will not be entertained or considered.
