Rechristened as Institute for Media Studies and Information Technology (IMSIT) new courses related to Information Technology and Electronic Media were introduced for the students keeping in mind the future technology and skill development. Presently, IMSIT runs over 10 courses related to Media studies and Information Technology.

Mission & Vision

The Mission of IMSIT goes along with Prime Minister’s vision of ‘Skill India’. It consolidates skilling efforts, expedites decision making in students and maintains high scale of standardization in all the courses.

Moral and ethical values are inculcated along with education and skill development through a streamlined institutional mechanism and practical training. Workplace innovation to support a variety of modern lifestyles has become a catchword at IMSIT.

At IMSIT, we are proud that majority of our students secure employment well before completing their studies at the institute.

IMSIT Student Kartik's film on E-Waste won the Special Jury award in RK FILM Festival in 2018.

IMSIT Student Deepak's film THE Life of A Cracker won the 1^st prise in RK FILM Festival in 2017.

IMSIT EVENT MANAGEMENT students were selected by VIVA HORECA to organize their Event in 2016.

IMSIT EVENT MANAGEMENT students were selected to organize 10^th Media Excellence Awards in 2016.

IMSIT students were selected to produce documentary film for NASSCOM foundation in 2016.

IMSIT student Dishant Malik's film IFS AND BUTS won second prize at RK Film Festival in January 2015.

IMSIT Student Janvi Bhambri's film QUESTION MARK WETLAND won 2^nd prize in TIGERLAND film Festival in 2015.

IMSIT Student Yatin Sharma's film IN DEEP COMA won 1^st prize in short documentary category in TIGERLAND film Festival in 2015.

IMSIT Student Pramod Rathore’s film THE LAST JOURNEY won the 1^st prise in RK FILM Festival in 2015.
