Prerna has over 12years of experience in the hospitality industry
working with various brands - The Imperial New Delhi, Marriott, IHG.
She is skilled in Front Office Management, Leadership, Training with a
forte in pre-opening activities and strategic planning. Using this
experience she pivoted to Business Management Consultancy in 2021.
Currently building her company Fayre Convergence Pvt. Ltd. along with
her Brand - Ritu Phabrik. Continuing with her passion of training, Prerna
is also a part-time educator currently teaching Business Communication
at Institute of Management Studies, YMCA New Delhi. She is also
associated with the Association of Hospitality Professionals for the last
four years as a jury.
