Dr. Lakshay Sharma is an accomplished academician and management professional with over 7 years of experience spanning both academia and the corporate sector. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resource Management and Ph.D. in Management. His areas of expertise include Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Training & Development, Research Methodology, and General Management.

Dr. Lakshay Sharma has a strong commitment to teaching, research, and professional development. In addition, he is actively engaged in developing high-quality research contributions in the field of management.
Throughout his academic career, he has participated in numerous Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Conferences, Seminars, and Workshops, continuously enhancing his knowledge and contributing to scholarly discourse. His professional experience includes serving at Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management and Research (BVIMR) as Guest Faculty during PhD and the Central University of Punjab (CUPB) on a contractual basis. Presently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at New Delhi YMCA Institute of Management Studies (IMS), where he continues to contribute to teaching excellence, research, and academic innovation.
